Shipping & returns

Order Processing

 

If an order is placed by 1:00 pm PST Monday-Friday, it will ship out in 2-3 business days. If orders are placed during non business hours it will be processed the following business day.

Once processed, orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS to the delivery address provided.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

$15 flat rate and FREE for all orders of $100 or more before taxes and shipping

International Shipping

 

We don’t ship internationally just yet. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.

 

 

In-Store Pickup

 

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and you will be notified via email when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 3 business days.

 

 

Lost Parcels

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.

 

 

Return Policy

 

We aren't currently unable to accept returns, except for damaged items. If you'd like to contact us regarding your order, please email spaccio@trufflebrothers.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note if an item is accepted for return, refunds will be provided minus the cost of return shipping.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to purchase the correct item in a new order.
